We have over 16 years of experience with construction, real estate, and building custom homes. With over two dozen finished homes and countless remodels and additions, we know how to get the job done! We look forward to many more years, helping create magnificent homes. 

Nope! We do everything in-house, which helps save time and money. We have a talented team to make your dreams a reality.  

Yes, We are a turn-key company. We work with the governing entities to make sure everything is ready for your start date.

As much as you need and we are happy to help with those customizations.

We have a showroom in Chantilly where you can select your finishes for countertops, cabinets, tile, casing style, door styles, and handles. We also have surfaces, colors, and many other fixtures to touch and see for your new home. This way, you don’t have to rely on a computer to pick out what you want. Our designers can help you with these significant decisions.

We work with a network of wholesalers and real estate agents to find the best location, school districts, and neighborhood for your most significant investment. We will help you find the best place that suits all of your needs.

Contact us! We will set up a time to meet and go over what it is you want. We can meet in our showroom or online, whichever is convenient for you.

Generally, 6-9 months. We have homes that will soon finish and homes that are move-in ready. Building from start to finish takes time, and because we do everything in-house, we can mitigate those risks as much as possible. If there is a delay, you will know immediately. 

We have a great network of mortgage brokers and banks for you to choose from. 

There are times we have homes that haven’t sold, and we can offer a tour of that home.  Ask us to show one to you, and we will be happy to make that happen.
